Related files: %System%\taskgmr.exe %System%\nethell.exe Adds the value: "WINTASK" = "taskgmr.exe" to the Windows startup registry keys. Worm taskgmr.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer. Trojan taskgmr.exe spreads by e-mail and via IRC channel. Taskgmr.exe spreads by exploiting the Microsoft Windows Local Security Authority Service Remote Buffer Overflow (Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-011) and the Microsoft Windows DCOM RPC Interface Buffer Overrun Vulnerability (Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-026).
