Fix it immediately:

We checked up the file USPS_PRINT_LABEL.EXE and found it hazardous.
The file USPS_PRINT_LABEL.EXE must be deleted from the system immediately.
Kill the process USPS_PRINT_LABEL.EXE and remove USPS_PRINT_LABEL.EXE from the Windows startup.
