Advanced Color Dialog Component

TCoolorDialog provides:
- selecting color in any of most widespread color models: HSB, RGB, CMY, CMYK
- selecting color from fixed palettes: VGA, Internet (browser-safe), Windows
- creation and editing of reference color
- creation and editing of user colors collection (up to 32 colors)
- the simple changing reference color and user colors by Drag&Drop

On the "VGA" page it is possible to select one of 16 standard VGA-color.
- Internet

On the "Internet" page it is possible to select one of 216 colors
so-called "browser-safe palette" which colors are not distorted even
on 256-colors monitors. On page there are two additional buttons,
the pressing on which results current color to nearest color and
nearest gray of the palette.

Page of editing of color in HSB model (Hue-Saturation-Brightness).
This model is one of the most convenient for a choice of color,
as operates habitual for the human categories.
