TControlDesigner customization

The appearance of the edit frame can be changed according your tastes and all parameters are customizable by the following TControlDesigner's properties:

Thickness: The width of the frame
BorderColor: The color of the border drawn around the size handles and around the whole frame
GrabColor: The color of the size handles (resize control areas)
FrameColor: The color of the frame (move control areas)
