Deletes the following files if they are found:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
and delete the value: "Randex virus built for IRBMe"="irbme.exe"
