In Windows 10, your user account information is part of the Privacy data which can be controlled with the Settings application. The user can revoke or grant access permissions for apps and users to this data. Recent Windows 10 builds can be configured to allow or deny apps access to their name, picture, and other account info for all your installed apps and the operating system itself.
If you want to disable this access, follow this instruction step by step.

Applications will not have access to your account information.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Open Settings menu.
  2. Then go to Privacy.
  3. After that go to Account info and click on Change button in "Allow access to account info on this device" section.
  4. Finally turn off the toggle option in the next dialog.
