rootkit based in java hooks into shell of every program, hides itself with encryption

Question

It changes bios settings, registry settings, schedules many payload at midnight every night. It starts with hooks in windows defender than runs simple program to start rundll32 & svchost & lsass than broadcasts my ip address & hackers breach my network even my tv they have hacked. I find it with the tool autoruns but every time i delete all they reappear on restart computer. I call it fat ratty rat trojan & rootkit & botnet. It launches 7-10 connections to one drive & has lists of all my logins. Mac address of every device on my network.
