How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Privacy branch and find the TailoredExperiencesWithDiagnosticDataEnabled key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 0.
