How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DiagTrack branch and find the Start key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 4.
