How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent branch and find the DisableWindowsSpotlightOnSettings key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 1.
