Tou will not see the smiley toolbar button for sending user feedback.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge branch and find the UserFeedbackAllowed key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 0.
