If you want to disable the app's access to listen to voice activation keywords, follow this instruction step by step.
The app's access to the microphone is required.

Cons: Why do not use this tweak?

Your apps will not be able to listen to voice activation keywords.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Settings\VoiceActivation\UserPreferenceForAllApps branch and find the AgentActivationEnabled key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 0.
