Disable App Access to Voice Activation on Locked Device

If you want to disable the app's access to listen to voice activation keywords when the device is locked, follow this instruction step by step.
The app's access to the microphone is required.

Cons: Why do not use this tweak?

Your apps will not be able to listen to voice activation keywords when the device is locked.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Settings\VoiceActivation\UserPreferenceForAllApps branch and find the AgentActivationOnLockScreenEnabled key.
  3. Double click it and change the value to 0.
