If you want to help Microsoft in improving inking and typing recognition.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\
    Microsoft\Input\TIPC     key.
  3. Double click it and create/change the value "Enabled" (type DWORD) to 0.
