If you do not want to share your voice data with Microsoft.

Cons: Why do not use this tweak?

If it is disabled, Cortana and dictation will not work.

How to apply this tweak manually:

  1. Press Win + R, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter.
  2. Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
    Speech_OneCore\Settings\OnlineSpeechPrivacy     key.
  3. Double click it and create/change the value "HasAccepted" (type DWORD) to 0.
