Hello! Problem with virus UPNPHOST\UDHISAPI.DLL.

Hello! My Unhackme found virus UPNPHOST\UDHISAPI.DLL. After fixing it and reloading as advised, the file with this name and extra name partizan.. seems to be deleted before windows starts but at once virus appears again..Thanks for your help!

False-positive.
Use UnHackMe 1 minute scan (with updating AV database).
