adware from Amazon keeps showing up

Question

cloudfront.net website sends a message about doing a survey to win a $1000 gift card. It is driven by Amazon as a means to open a channel for advertising purposes. I ran unhackme and it found the adware and said it removed it from my PC but it came up again when I logged in today.

Open UnHackMe,
Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
Describe your problem.
Accept our Privacy Policy.
Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
