How do I stop adware: cloudfront.net from popping up in Firefox?

I keep getting a notification that I have a chance to win a $500 gift card for completing a survey. I have used malwarebytes and unhackme to locate this adware but no success so far. The notification comes from: cloudfront.net.

Open UnHackMe,
Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
Describe your problem.
Accept our Privacy Policy.
Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
