cannot find executed start up found by bootracer

Bootracer keeps referring to an executed startup called RealProtect but I cannot locate this file anywhere.--The program has been deleted but still shows up on bootracer.

It can be in your registry.
Open BootRacer.
Click Startup Control.
Uncheck or delete this item.
