in Remove a Virus by

It says it is located in D:/oinstalllite.exe.
A week ago I tried to get MS office for free by pirating it from a website claiming it has apps with no viruses. (And I naively believed also out of wishful thinking.)

I know the risks of pirating, I was prepared to remove any viruses that may get on my device. However it seems I was not fully prepared for dealing with this one in particular. I'm also bit of a noob/novice when it comes to computer/software stuff and use removal tutorials on YT. (Couldn't really find anything this time. Will look again just in case...)

The story of how I got in this mess in short:

I downloaded the zip file, extracted it and mounted it. I have been getting alerts from my antivirus that this hack tool is running on my computer even though I ejected the file. (The "remediation is incomplete") Now I'm trying to remove it with UnhackMe but it seems to be unable to detect this tool. It's location baffles me, I can't find it and it keeps coming back.

Can someone help me remove the hack tool? Tips and advice are appreciated in advance, thanks!
