The hacker has setup a two way log-in security authenticator send the code to an unknown phone number, I cannot access that fb account. I created a new fb account and somehow the hacker has access and control to that account denying all outgoing messages, no video chat communication microphone audio and other features. I have limited ability on Facebook, messenger and text now app account's of not being able to send messages or unmute audio on video chat? What can I do?
