my anitivirus is detecting 0sntp7dnrr.com ads malware and this aplication scan doesn't detect the malware

Question

I have Avast Premium and it is continuisly blocking 0sntp7dnrr.com but doen't remove the malware it self. I got this aplication to help me remove the malware affecting my chrome browser. But The scan doesn't find the malware and I don't know if it is because Avast is instantly blocking the redirection of ads but I don't wanna allow the malware to spread just for the scan to find it. Help please

First:
1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
