Did I get Hacked?

Question

Recently i used ''mp3.pm'' to download some stuff and when I tried to download it redirected me to another site with only a download button.

It then told me to allow notifications, which I did and It then redirected me to a random news letter from my country.

This was yesterday, today I got a notification from my browser (OperaGx) telling me that ''2.tifihug.com'' has been updated in the background??

Is this something I should be aware of like a virus or am I just paranoid?

Your browser has been hacked.
First, download the latest version of UnHackMe from our site:

1. Open UnHackMe.
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send Log File to Support Center."
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click the "Upload" button.
If you have any trouble with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send it to us by e-mail at support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
