After the discovery and removal of malware from the system, windows began being unable to launch the Windows Security app and will not start the Windows Defender Advanced Threat Detection Service. When I attempt to launch any app associated with the Windows Security app, I am presented a dialog that says, "This app can't open" Check the Store for more info about Windows Security. (Link to Windows Store labeled "Get help with this")

First, download the latest version of UnHackMe from our site:
https://www.greatissoftware.com/unhackme.zip
1. Open UnHackMe.
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send Log File to Support Center."
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click the "Upload" button.
If you have any trouble with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send it to us by e-mail at support@greatis.com.
