everyday unhack me gives pop up to remove this virus "whiteforwardlines.com". please fix it permanantly

1. Download the latest version of UnHackMe from our website: https://www.greatissoftware.com/unhackme.zip
2. Open UnHackMe.
3. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
4. Select "Send Log File to Support Center."
5. Enter your email address, name, or nickname.
6. Briefly describe your problem.
7. Accept our Privacy Policy.
8. Click the "Upload" button.

If you encounter any difficulties, you can manually attach the "regrunlog.txt" file from your desktop and send it to us via email at support@greatis.com.

I will review your log file and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I bought this Saturday morning (19 october 2024) UnHackMe, I already purchased A1RUNGARD Ultimate last week (so I have your excellent combo). However, I have not received the licence for Unhack (the license for A1RUNGARD was delivered instantly). So I send you the invoice related to my purchase of UnHackMe, and hoping for your response soon. Have a good day.

I got no anwswer since the 19 October 2024. I'm still waiting...and still interested....
