I just want to know if this is a normal process that A1RunGuard always caught on my computer?

This is also my operating system used.

It is the PowerShell command that collects information about startup programs and saves it to the "temp\startapps.txt" file.
I found that IOBIT programs( PPUninstaller.exe) and VoodoShield use this command.
