Hello,
I can't open my cmd in any way. Tried in safe mode, tried running as administrator, nothing works. I can't even run chkdsk locally from the error checking option in C drive from My Computer. It says I can't run it because it is in use currently and that I should schedule a session, but when i do and restart the PC nothing happens. Furthermore, I can't seem to install some programs. Tried installing BitTorrent for example and installation just starts and quits. Seems like some functions of my C drive are corrupted or something. I did a cleaning on C a week ago, but was really cautious to not delete anything I don't know what it is. I also used windows software tools already in the PC to do the cleaning and almost very little manually. Could I have deleted something by mistake? If so, what would be the best coarse of action for me? Thank you in advance.
