Computer partially bloking

Question

Simultaneous launch of multiple copies of the same application, blocking the command line, mouse, and partially keyboard. Antivirus CD programs (ESET, NOD32) do not see anything. Comodo ERD find MBR problem only. After restarting OS all problems returns.
In addition, Gparted found tangled ntfs clusters (>600) on the system partition, it can't check the file system. it advises running chkdsk /f , but this is not possible, because the command line is run with emulation of user input (which is not really the case). On the same computer under Linux there are no problems

First:
1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
