pop up sumcunningham pro still active

Dear Valuable Team Unhackme

I have virus or spammer, i tried to scan and fixed it. It found any malware, i try fix and reboot to scan when booting, *i hope virus has gone after that, but actually it's still up in the right bottom side =(.
Please help, it's disturbing.

Did you use the latest version of UnHackMe with all updates?

First:
1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
