Only 3 files were removed out of over 80 malicious files. How do I remove the rest of the maiicious files?

When the scaNNING WAS FINISHED, THE RESULT SCREEN SHOWED ONLY 3 OUT OF 83 FILES WERE REMOVED. hOW DO i REMOVE THE REST OF THE BAD FILES?
