i am still getting windows 10 pro programs running on my PC unhackme is not stopping apps from running in the pocesses shut down screen and they reopen when i reboot. I uninstalled restoro. The problem persists. There seems to be in the log a failure to scan on boot up and system changes are restored to previous stats after changes.
