Laptop stutters a lot during games

Question

My fps varies from 80fps all the way down to 20, in games I was used to play at a constant 80 fps, the fan is loud at idle, the cpu gets sometimes to 92 degrees while the laptop is idle, when I open the task manager everythings comes back to normal and cpu temps comes, and ofc once I close the task manager the temps goes up again

1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
