My google chrome is "managed by an organization", but i don't belong to any.

Question

First thing I notice was that bing was now my default search tool, and I can't really change it. In the chrome settings, it says that this is because this is an "company policy", and it says that my chrome is managed by an organization. But the thing is, I don't belong to any organization.
Also, sometimes it shows ic4free.tk on the adress bar. I tried using my antivirus (Malwarebytes), but it didn't help, I downloaded unhackme, but it also didn't solve the problem. I also couldn't find a lot about what ic4free was.
