CPU usage gets up to 60% or more and the fans get really loud to compensate for the heat. All of that while not even working, like the laptop can just be existing and it will have skyrocketing CPU usage and temperature.
My laptop isn't weak, it's still new and it hasn't even been 6 months since I bought it. Nothing like this has ever happened to me until a few days ago. I asked a friend and I was referred to unhackme because apparently it's very thorough. I tried running it and it did remove a few minor issues, but not the main thing that I got it for.
I'm writing this because I'm not much of a tech savvy but I know as much as the usage not having to be at 60% or 70% with 79 degrees while only having spotify open in the background.
One more thing, apparently I can temporarily stop the weird stuff happening by just opening the task manager. It displays everything that is working and gives me my usual 3 to 11% of usage and then the fans quiet down accordingly. But a few minutes after the task manager is closed, the weird stuff happens again.
I'd like to get some help with this if possible because it's been bugging me endlessly ever since it started.
