Microsoft defender finds virus in 4fd533.MSI-file

Unhackme doesnt find the virus, but microsoft defender keeps alerting for Trojan:Win32/DefenseEvasion!rfn in c:\windows\installer\4fd533.MSI

The folder windows\installer contains the copies of installed programs used MSI installer.
It may be used during uninstall or re-install these applications.
Quarantine this file.
