virus not removed

i have the rlls.dll virus. I completed all the steps for using it for removing rlls.dll and the virus isn't removed.

3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
