The hacker/cyberstalker got back in. I think he may have corrupted your program

I don't know what to say. I know he comes in through google.Everything I do via wifi goes to him.. He is amaster at locking and blocking phone numbers and websites I must use for medical purposes. I can not reach my family and friends. He has some kind of truly abnormal obsessive compulsive vendetta. He is sick.
