I got a strong virus that unhackme is not being able to remove.

Question

I got a virus into my computer and UnHackMe is not able to remove it for some reason so i sent some massages like this and every respond they give me some instructions to follow but nothing gets fixed after that i follow the instructions given to me. And the virus is still in my computer/PC
Note: The virus name is ONEDRIVETEMP

I hope this virus can be removed from my computer as soon as possible and thanks for any help i get.

1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click the "Upload" button.
   If you have any trouble with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
   I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
