my screen is moving and i have trouble to type on the url

my screen be moving down constently .. my keyboard aint working properly , the a s 1 and w wont work . than the url dont type properly i cant type facebook for example . as soon as i type f i get a sentence like fan facts...

1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
