pop-up virus suav0mente.com mimicking McAfee recurs

Question

I suspect this is one of those viruses that is not in a file, and can bypass my McAfee's detection, it pretends to find viruses (either 3 or 5) inviting me to click to delete. It is headed by suav0mente.com and I assume is itself some kind of a virus. Using UnHackMe has not yet detected or removed this annoying repeating pop-up.

1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click the "Upload" button.
   If you have any trouble with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
