Removal of rlls64.dll Virus on my C: drive

Question

Your UnHackMe software found suspicious malware files, but did not remove the problem file of rlls64.dll that was found by WebRoot & having problems removing it. It caused problems when I tried to install WebRoot and each time I did Restart it required doing a Startup Repair to get Windows 10 to boot successfully on my Desktop PC. Can you help us to remove it? Please let us know how.

1. Open UnHackMe,
2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Click the "Upload" button.
   If you have any trouble with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
