malware or corrupt programs or services

window 11 home task Manager list show the following to be suspended: settings, windows default lock Screen, window input experience (3), windows shell experience host,NcsiUwApp,backgroundTaskHost.exe. i have run SFC /scannow and DISM, neither helped
research says they may be corrupted or malware?
