Cant find the sound virus

Hello, i currently have a virus wich keeps bothering me in the backround. it is a female voice with short sentences, like from a fantasy game. and i just cant find the right way to remove this, seemingly not even malwarebytes can find it.
As in, this virus keeps talking no matter what, with my browser closed, or anything related to sound.
