KISA Has Released a Free Decryptor for Hive Ransomware

South Korean cybersecurity agency KISA (Korean Internet & Security Agency) has released a free decryptor for Hive ransomware, working for versions from v1 to v4. Decryptor comes along with a user manual and step-to-step instructions explaining how to recover the encrypted files. The flaw in the Hive algorithm that allowed the creation of the decryptor has been discovered by a team of researchers from Kookmin University (South Korea) this February. Read more...
