List of organizations where SolarWinds and Sunburst were deployed has been revealed

The investigation over Solarwinds is still ongoing, and the most recent discovery, coming from the cybersecurity firm Truesec, includes the list of the organizations where Sunburst/Solarigate malware was deployed. Those targets include companies such as Intel, Nvidia, Cisco, Cox Communications, Belkin. Some of the companies which are present on the list haven't confirmed the breach yet, like Mediatek for example. To get access to the list of targets, the researchers decoded a dynamically generated part of the C2 subdomain for each of the compromised devices, which were infected with the Sunburst backdoor via the compromised update mechanism of the SolarWinds Orion IT management platform.
