Google Chrome new feature will block JavaScript redirects on web page URL clicks

The New Google Chrome security feature will block the redirects when clicking on web page links that open in a new window or new tab. There is a known security issue with adding target="_blank" attribute to the web page that allows the newly opened page to abuse Javascript and redirect users to a different URL.
