Microsoft integrating its on-die Pluton security processor to Intel and AMD CPUs

One of the Windows 10 security features is using specialized chips called Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs) that provide hardware-based protection. However, the methods of stealing the data as during its transfer between the TPM and CPU do exist. To improve the quality of their security functions, Microsoft has partnered with Intel and AMD to introduce the Pluton security processor as an on-die chip in their CPUs to avoid the risk of data leaking during the transfer process.
