Microsoft Is Replacing 'Administrative Tools' Menu With 'Windows Tools' Control Panel

'Administrative tools' is a menu that historically contained a variety of shortcuts to tools that allowed users to configure Windows and perform administrative tasks. However, in Windows 10 preview build 21354 'Administrative tools' menu is replaced with 'Windows Tools' control panel, with many additional shortcuts.
