Microsoft Working On Fixing Outlook Users Unable To Access Emails

Microsoft is working on a fix for the issue brought by Outlook Version  2303 when some of the users are unable to access their emails in Outlook Desktop. The issue is known to resolve itself, but sometimes it reappears shortly after.
