With a new, Microsoft PowerToys utility called PowerOCR users will be able to select and copy the text from the image.
The tool is developed by Windows app/utility developer Joseph Finney with the help of many volunteers.
To convert the image into text Microsoft's Windows.Media.Ocr.API is used.
